I was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. I studied at the Dental School of the University of Athens, where I graduated from in 1996, with the grade of Very Good. After graduation I worked for six months as an assistant in a private pedodontic center in Athens and as an associate in the Clinic of the Physiology of the Stomatognathic System at the Dental School of the University of Athens. After that, I served in the military for 18 months as a dentist. With the completion of my military duties, I practiced in London, England as an associate in a private clinic for a year, while attending postgraduate seminars and CE courses in various fields of Dentistry (endodontics, pedodontics, cosmetic dentistry, etc.).
